They all benefit from the high nutritional value sunflower seeds provide as the seeds are loaded with minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium, and iron as well as vitamins. Sunflower seeds are also valuable as a source for protein, fiber and polyunsaturated fat.
For Mammals: Can be simply placed on surface for them to nibble on the seeds.

Also look for our SUNFLOWER SEED HEADS which are a great natural treat to place out for the wild birds or for your pet birds who love sunflowers. These are naturally field dried and are in a range of sizes. It can be simply laid out in a tray feeder, or hung with wire or string from a tree branch or other pole. Make sure to place in a spot that is safe from predators, or the family cat.
When the birds have eaten the sunflower seeds, the empty seed cavities in the head can easily be filled with peanut butter (or also peanut butter dipped in other seed such as millet) and left in place
as a natural bird feeder.
